juridical extension with heightened competencies: an independent
financial report and balance - sheet; juridical independence for
conclusion of economic activity agreements, for import and export
/without a special MD production agreements/.
The plant is opened for an industrial cooperation, reorganization and diversification of the manufacturing. Its statute and new management rival technologies and price term that are offered guarantee the investment attractiveness of the plant.
The challenge for the managing panel is the market insurance and stabilization as well as subsequent development of the plant. The marketing activity is orientated to finding of companies-partners for manufacturing of new long-term product ranges: semi-manufactured articles; tool equipment; hull details, stirght gears and transmission shafts; gear boxes and reduction gears; chain and wheel transport means.
